Hi, my name is Robert Mitchell and I have a wonderful story to tell. About seven, eight years ago, my teeth went bad and I had upper plate and on upper teeth bull that was working out fine. So went to the dentist and kept getting them fixed. The bottom ones all, he said, just you best deal. Just pull all four of them teeth. He got left. So he did pull all four of them teeth, give me a bottom denture , and it really looked nice. I told had one, two big problems. When I talked, he jumped up and down. When I ate, they got stuck to the food, anger. It was embarrassing. I wouldn’t go to register with my wife anymore. It was too embarrassment. So my wife finally said, you got to do something because you’re getting depressed. She rolled this tooth deal. I see like me, if you had to take, I got you might get depressed too.
So she taught me into going into Abingdon Smiles, and that was the best move I ever made, got. My wife knew what to do Anyway, the doctor told me, said I could put implants in there and then you use your plate to snap down on those implants and your plate won’t move up and down. I said, Ram, I didn’t really believe him, but I thought, Hey, I got to do something or I do this anymore, so it’s okay. I’ll give it a try. So he put four implants in my mouth and lo and behold my plates snap into those implants and they was kind of locked down. They did not move. They have it to this day. It’s been seven, eight years ago. It just like having natural teeth. I could eat apples, oranges, anything I want and nothing, and I smile all the time.
I am so happy that I got these teeth. I want to show ’em off. I’m tired of going around like this trying to talk to somebody and that just ain’t nice. Anybody that’s got bottom dentures, this food’s getting under ’em when they eat or they’re jumping up and down when they talk or they’re sticking to the food and they can’t eat apples, that type food, they really ought to talk to their dentist about inserts. It’s painless. I had no pain, no follow up. You put ’em in. I snapped my bottle plate on. I went home and all I do is brush ’em and just like my regular teeth, put ’em in soak at night to clean them. Good. And I still, it’s unbelievable, but I’m still happy with my teeth, with my inserts. I just wouldn’t tell everybody because you’re missing out. It can change your life.
It really can. If you got teeth, bottom dentures that jumping up and down you’re having trouble with, it’s worth your money and your time to get dentures put in because it is a life-changing experience. I really would recommend that you go to Abingdon Smiles because they were very nice there. You ain’t going to be had no pain expense wise. I don’t remember what it costing now, but got to tell you, if it wasn’t that much, but whatever it costs, it’s worth every penny of ’em anymore because all I do now is I get ’em checked every six months and no pay, no gain.
